Bravia Capital Opens Office in Bombay
Hong Kong – 7/15/13 – Bravia Capital, a Hong Kong based private equity and advisory firm, has recently opened an office in Mumbai, India. With a primary focus on transportation and logistics, Bravia Capital has advised and co-invested in over US$ 6 billion worth of assets and companies. A Mumbai based office will add to a number of global offices including Hong Kong, New York City, and London.
This office will be headed by Sujit Cherian who has over fifteen years of experience in financial planning, structuring and risk management. Seven of these years were focused on the aviation industry as he began at Jet Airways as Head of Internal Audit before becoming the Head of Corporate Accounts and Taxation. Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Go Air India.
Sujit is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and Financial Accounting from the University of Bombay.
The opening of this office signifies Bravia Capital’s continued interest in expanding into investment opportunities in India.
