Acquisition of three (3) Boeing 747-400 aircraft

Bravia Capital Partners, Inc. (“Bravia”) has entered into forward purchase contracts for the acquisition of three (3) B747-400 aircraft for an undisclosed price. The aircraft will be leased to a top-tier Asian carrier until Bravia takes delivery in 2010 and 2011.
