Bharat is the CEO and Founder of Bravia Capital. He serves on the Investment Committee and has leadership responsibility for Bravia’s investment and portfolio management strategies. He is an experienced global investor in finance, having built the world’s 3rd largest aircraft leasing business and the world’s 2nd largest container leasing business. i.Bharat’s career focus has been in financial structuring involving multiple products ranging from aircraft financing to small ticket leasing. Bharat holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors), from Delhi University, India, an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Adelphi University, New York and an Advanced Professional Certificate in International Finance from New York University.

Robin joined Bravia in 2007 and has led the origination, structuring, and execution of c. USD 10 billion in investments across equity, credit, and early stage growth opportunities. He also has extensive operating experience within Bravia’s group companies, and sector specialties include transportation and logistics, fintech, commercial real estate, leasing, consumer, and media. Robin is responsible for managing Bravia’s private and public investment strategies.

Prior to re-joining Bravia Capital in 2019, Mr. Bhisé was the Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships at Scratch Music Group, a venture-backed, high growth music and technology company with almost 100,000 executed events. Before that, Mr. Bhisé was the Aviation Services Manager at Bravia Capital in addition to being a Commercial Manager at Bravia’s investee aircraft leasing company, Hong Kong Aviation Capital. Mr. Bhisé graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Classics and a minor in Mathematics and received his M.B.A. from Columbia University. He is conversationally fluent in Marathi and Hindi.

Ms. Lu joined Bravia Capital in 2018. Prior to Bravia, Ms. Lu worked as a corporate associate for Reed Smith LLP New York, a global law firm, where she focused on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including M&A, joint-ventures, and venture financing. Ms. Lu also worked in Reed Smith’s Hong Kong office mainly on IPOs of Asian companies. Prior to Reed Smith, Ms. Lu spent 2 years with Baker McKenzie in Hong Kong where she specialized in cross-border M&A transactions and foreign direct investments. Before practicing law, Ms. Lu was a software engineer in the aerospace and defense industry. Ms. Lu earned her J.D. and Bachelor of Science in computer science degrees from McGill University and LL.M. from University of Pennsylvania. She speaks French and Mandarin.

Mr. Le Goupil-Maier joined Bravia Capital in 2024. Prior to Bravia, Mr. Le Goupil-Maier worked as a Credit Risk Analyst at Rent Alpha Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai where he supported CFPL financial analysis. Prior to Rent Alpha, Valentin interned with Macquarie Group in its New York office as a Commodities and Global Markets Analyst focusing on FX hedge analyses and ISDA database creation for netting purposes. Prior to Macquarie Group, Valentin worked for Masterworks, an art investment platform, where he focused on business development for new clients interested in blue chip art investing. Mr. Le Goupil-Maier graduated from Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He is fluent in French and conversationally fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Chauhan joined Bravia Capital in 2024. Prior to Bravia, he interned as a Financial Analyst at Nuvama Group in Mumbai as part of the Financial Institutions Group within the Equity Capital Markets team. In this role, he supported IPOs and private financing of financial corporations. Mr. Chauhan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. During his time at Berkeley, he led the battery pack cooling project for the university’s Formula SAE Electric team and worked on economic and climate research at the Haas School of Business.

Ms. Jalan joined Bravia Capital in 2024. She is a Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai, with over 10 years of experience specializing in financial statement auditing, accounting, and advisory services. Her expertise encompasses auditing and reviewing financial statements and systems for a diverse portfolio of Indian and global entities. Jyoti is also proficient in conducting due diligence on investment plans and conducting technical and fundamental analyses of the capital market landscape. Jyoti’s professional journey is marked by a commitment to excellence in financial management and a proactive approach to ensuring sound financial decision-making for her clients and organizations. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
